Urban Nest Student Living is a contemporary hostel project developed to address the growing demand for organized, safe, and comfortable student accommodation in Pune. Designed with both functionality and community in mind, the project creates a balanced living environment that supports academic focus as well as social interaction.

The building includes multiple floors of shared and private rooms, each designed to maximize space utilization without compromising comfort. Smart furniture layouts, integrated storage solutions, and efficient circulation spaces ensure that residents can make the most of limited square footage. Natural ventilation and ample daylight were prioritized to create a healthy and pleasant indoor environment.

Beyond individual rooms, the project places strong emphasis on shared spaces. Common study areas, lounges, dining facilities, and recreational zones were strategically distributed across the building to encourage interaction and collaboration among residents. These shared environments help create a sense of community, which is often missing in traditional housing setups.

Durability and cost-efficiency were key considerations throughout the construction process. Materials were selected not only for their affordability but also for their ability to withstand high usage over time. Finishes were chosen to be low-maintenance while still maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic.
